Recently, Orion has gained attention in the vaping community. They’ve published several disposables, and I’ve seen them at several trade fairs. However, I had never had the opportunity to personally evaluate their products — until today.

The Orion Bar 10000 is their newest disposable vape to enter the market. It has a 10000-puff capacity and comes pre-filled with 20ml of e-liquid. Inside, two mesh coils function at 12.1W each.
In addition to a 650mAh battery and Type-C charging, the Orion Bar 10k has a built-in smart display that monitors battery life and e-liquid levels. There are ten different tastes available.
Is this deserving of the accolades that I’ve seen it receive from other vapers? There’s just one way to find out — test!
Orion Bar 10000 Design & Build Quality
This is my first experience with an Orion disposable vape. My initial opinion is that the design is complex. I’ve always liked basic, unobtrusive disposables, so 10,000 is a little much for me. It’s not a bad-looking throwaway, but it’s really crowded.
You can tell precisely what you’re getting out of this product simply by looking at it, so the symbols and words aren’t for nothing.
They are not only compact but also extremely lightweight. I can carry three or four at a time, and they add very little weight or size. Portability is an advantage for the Orion Bar 10k tastes, while subtlety may not be.
Each taste has a distinct hue. The lower section is finished with a soft-touch material, which is especially evident on the device’s sides. It’s difficult to feel the front and back because of the rest of the writing and symbols, but when you hold it in your hand, you can feel the soft touch pretty clearly.
Orion Bar 10k Features
The Orion Bar is yet another throwaway that claims to give a large number of puffs in a tiny and portable package. This Orion product has 20ml of ejuice and provides 10,000 puffs per disposable.
The Orion Bar contains two 1.0-ohm mesh coils that work together to evaporate the ejuice within. When you take a pull, you can plainly feel the warmer, denser smoke produced by the two mesh coils working together. The flavor is also quite fantastic, which is likely because of the two mesh coils.
The gadget has a little display on the front that shows your battery charge and ejuice levels, as do many other disposable vapes that have recently been released. These are given as percentages. When you take a puff, the display will first show your remaining ejuice (represented by a little droplet icon), then your battery charge level (represented by a small battery icon).
Each charge lasts between 2000–2500 puffs, depending on how long you pull. A full charge depletes the ejuice by about 20–25%. For example, after vaping a full charge, the ejuice level indicator indicated 75–80% ejuice remained. Following the second full charge, the ejuice level showed 50–60% remaining.
In addition to these specifications, the Orion 10k offers a few further features that operate behind the scenes to improve the vaping experience. While I didn’t observe any turbulence or change in the draw when compared to a straight airflow route, this design makes ejuice leakage less likely.
In my experience, none of my units leaked over the whole testing period. Based on my experience, I believe that this labyrinth structure works as intended and does a decent job of avoiding leaks.
Orion Bar 10k Flavors
As the phrase goes, a disposable vape is only as good as the flavors. For the Orion, the flavors (at least the ones I tested) are on the sweeter side of the spectrum yet enjoyable to vape. Not many vapers will love the sweetness, but if you want a true taste burst from your disposables, they may be worth a try.
So far, ten different flavors have been launched, with more planned in the future. There’s a wide range of tastes available here, including mint, tobacco, candy, and more. Even though I did not get to test it, I was delighted to notice that it has a tobacco flavor.
Miami Mint
There are no surprises in this taste. As the name implies, the flavor is minty and well-balanced. It has a distinct Miami lemon taste that is somewhat acidic but not too sour. I can taste the lemon flavor throughout the inhale and exhale, and the mint flavor appears immediately after the inhalation. It’s incredibly smooth and pleasant, without being too minty.
Strawberry Chew
Although this is not a candy flavor, it does taste similar to fruit candy. It’s tough to identify distinct fruit flavors, but it tastes wonderful, and that’s what matters, right? This taste has a strong sugary, sweet kick, therefore the term “Blast” is very appropriate.
Grape Burst
This taste is sweeter and has more grape flavor. It still tastes fruity, but the sweetness has been pushed up a few notches to completely syrupy. It’s too sweet for me to vape all day, but I did find myself reaching for it on occasion. Good flavor, but quite sugary.
How Does Orion Bar 10000 Vape?
Orion Bar 10000 disposables provide what every decent disposable should do: they create pleasing vapor, have a long battery life, and allow for lengthy periods of use from a single device. I found the flavors to be a little too sweet for my liking, but that didn’t stop me from vaping the heck out of them.
The three flavors that I tried got me hooked, and I actually loved using them. Would you mind if they were a little less sweet? No, but they’re still quite delicious. Orion has done an outstanding job of providing a disposable that meets all of the criteria for a fantastic gadget.
